Ordinary Membership
Ordinary Membership is suitable for individuals who are working within, or have a professional interest in, the field of Clinical Measurement Physiology and who wish to engage with the IICMP community while supporting their ongoing professional development. Applications for this membership level do not require the submission of professional qualifications or a letter from an employer.
As an Ordinary Member, you are not eligible to hold voting rights or to hold office on your profession’s Executive Committees or the Board of Directors. You are not eligible for nomination, including self-nomination, to national representation roles, may not represent the profession on national panels, and are not permitted to present or chair IICMP CPD events. Please note that this is not an accredited membership of the IICMP and not not included a verification of qualifications.

Ordinary Membership is intended for individuals who wish to engage with and support the Clinical Measurement Physiology profession.
Ordinary Membership does not include Recognition of Qualifications (RoQ) and does not verify, assess, accredit or recognise an individual’s qualifications. It should not be interpreted as confirmation that an individual is qualified to practise as a Clinical Measurement Physiologist in Ireland. Applicants requiring recognition of their qualifications must complete the IICMP Recognition of Qualifications (RoQ) process.
Please note: Ordinary Membership cannot be used as evidence of recognised qualifications for visa, immigration, employment or professional registration purposes. If you require confirmation that your qualifications have been recognised by the IICMP, you must apply through the Recognition of Qualifications (RoQ) process.
